Is this a good way to lose weight?

I want to lose weight, and I am considering two options: a) 1,000 calories per day eating party Health food, but more bad things B) eat only healthy foods, lean meats, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, although probably less than 1,000 calories. I will also play at least an hour of tennis per day. What should attend? A or B?

A & B to eat around 1000-1200 a day, and can allow sweets, as long as all those calories do not come from pure garbage. try to sweet … all ….. another day and try to do as much as u can those calories whole grains, vegetables, dairy products, fruits, etc.:) Good luck.
